Exercise Science degree with a Nutrition minor, plus Business & Finance credits from the University of Akron. Then I went straight into the trenches.

I partnered with the #1 nutrition company in the world and launched my first fitness business — still thriving with them 13 years later, earning royalty income and growing my sales team to thousands. That experience taught me behavioral coaching and leadership at the highest level, as well as how to scale a consumer brand with real results.
